At Abaddon, we follow a No Return & No Refund policy. Exchanges are allowed only under the conditions mentioned below.

Damaged or Incorrect Product

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, a full unboxing video is mandatory.

• Claims without a complete unboxing/opening video will not be accepted.

Exchange Conditions

• Exchange requests are subject to approval.

• Only one exchange per order is allowed.

• Refunds are not possible under any circumstances.

• An exchange fee of ₹200 per order will be charged (includes both-side courier charges).

Customer Responsibility

• Customers must return the product securely with a proper packing video.

• If the returned package is found tampered with, empty, or different from the claim, the exchange will be rejected and the product will be sent back. No refund will apply.

• If the same product is unavailable, customers must choose an alternative product.

• Personalized or customized products are non-exchangeable unless damaged or defective.

Exchange Process

1. Share your order number, item details, and reason for exchange.

2. Once approved, the return address will be provided.

3. After we receive and inspect the product, the exchanged item will be dispatched.

4. Exchange processing time: 10–15 working days after receiving the product.

Shipping & Inspection

• Return shipping responsibility lies with the customer.

• Use a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

• Products must pass quality inspection to qualify for exchange.
